Manarat Investors is a company formation and government services office based in Jeddah, serving Saudi and foreign investors.
We started from a simple observation: most investors do not stumble on the decision, they stumble on the details. A missing document, an attestation in the wrong order, an inaccurately registered activity, or a government file forgotten after the registration is issued.
So we built our work on three rules: a clear requirements list before we start, one file owner who knows your status, and follow-up that ends not when the registration is issued but when the company is actually operating.
We deal daily with the Ministry of Investment, the Saudi Business Center, the Ministry of Commerce, ZATCA, GOSI and Qiwa, and we know what gets accepted and what comes back with a remark.
