Terms of service

The service starts after written approval of the quote and payment of the agreed instalment.

Our fees are separate from government fees; government fees are paid directly to the authorities or through us with documented receipts.

Stated durations are estimates depending on document completeness and authority decisions; we do not guarantee government decisions.

The client is responsible for the accuracy of the documents and data provided.

If the service cannot be completed for a reason attributable to the authority, fees are charged only for the steps performed as stated in the quote.
